Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- Products must not be damaged, modified, or misused.
- All accessories, manuals, and original packaging (if applicable) must be included.
- Return authorization must be obtained before sending any item back.
After inspection of the returned item, we will process either:
- Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may be refused if the returned product is found to be physically damaged, tampered with, improperly handled, or different from the item originally supplied.
Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and the item passes inspection, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, though actual credit timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or a product not matching the order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Our support team will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Warranty
Unless specifically stated in the product listing, used and surplus products are sold without manufacturer warranty. Products are inspected and tested (where applicable) before dispatch to ensure they are in working condition. New products carry only the warranty provided by the original manufacturer, where applicable.
